R&W President Randy Schools (left) also wears another hat -- this year he is also chairman of the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives. In that role, he recently helped organize a Kennedy Center conference bringing together First Ladies (from l) Rosalynn Carter, Barbara Bush and Betty Ford.
