NLM's Weisberg Retires to Florida
Dr. Michael Weisberg
, acting chief of NLM's Cognitive Science
Branch and manager of its Learning Center for Interactive
Technology, recently retired. A captain in the Public Health Service,
he started working with the National Medical Audiovisual Center in
1969 and served NLM for 29 of the 30 years of his federal career,
taking a break for a 1-year stint with the Centers for Disease
Control. He and his wife have moved to Gainesville, Fla.
